This article will walk you through the process of changing the email login username on your account.
To update the email address you use to log into your account, log in using your existing email address at: https://app.adoptics.com/Account/Login. Note: If you do not remember your email address, please contact us.
Once logged in, go to your Account Setting page by clicking the menu icon to the right of your user avatar in the top-right hand corner. Scroll down to select the Account Setting link and click. You can also access the page directly here: https://app.adoptics.com/Account/AccountSetting.
Once on the Account Setting page, scroll down to the Profile Setting section shown below.
Select the "Email Address" field and enter the new login email address you would like to use, then click the "Update Profile" button to save your changes. You should now be able to log out and log back into the account using the new email address.
