If you do not know your current password, follow the instructions in this help article to have a new password reset link sent to your account email address.

1. Access the password reset form here: https://app.adoptics.com/Account/resetpassword

2. Enter the email address that you use to log into the AdOptics service and click the "Send Reset Link" button.

3. Go to your email address Inbox that you entered in step #2 to access the password reset link.

4. Click the unique, secure password reset link in the email that was sent to you and enter your new password on the page that is shown and submit the form. Once submitted, your password is updated and you can login using your email address and new password.
